If you would like to return or exchange your goods, you can send us your goods back with no quiblbes. If they're in salable condition, the full value of the goods will be refunded (please return goods within 28 days of receipt). Once the goods are checked back in at the warehouse, we'll issue a refund back to your original payment method as soon as practically posible.
On rare occasions goods can arrive damaged or with components missing. In the unlikely event of this happening please contact us and we'll arrange a replacement and/or collection as quickly as possible.
Foldable Play Mat by Kid's Concept. This lovely soft play mat fits seamlessly inside our Kid's Concept Play House Tent (as shown in the images) and also works beautifully as a stand alone play mat. Foldable and easy to carry around, it's perfect for using at home or taking out. The lovely soft cotton cover can be removed and is machine washable at 30℃.
