PLEASE NOTE: while we take every care in our warehouse and use only the best delivery services, please choose a BOXED SERVICE for gifts or if you need to ensure that the outer packaging of your goods is well protected.

'Eco Standard' (UK Mainland) - Economy service using minimal packaging. Delivered within 2-3 working days via Royal Mail tracked for small parcels and DPD for larger parcels.

'Eco Express' (UK Mainland) - Express service using Minimal packaging. Dispatched same working day for next working day delivery via DPD. (order by 2pm to ensure same day dispatch)

'Boxed Standard' (UK Mainland) - Premium service using a protective outer box, ideal for gifting. Delivered within 2-3 working days via Royal Mail tracked for small parcels and DPD for larger parcels.

If you would like to return or exchange your goods, you can send us your goods back with no quiblbes. If they're in salable condition, the full value of the goods will be refunded (please return goods within 28 days of receipt). Once the goods are checked back in at the warehouse, we'll issue a refund back to your original payment method as soon as practically posible.

On rare occasions goods can arrive damaged or with components missing. In the unlikely event of this happening please contact us and we'll arrange a replacement and/or collection as quickly as possible.
