Delivery and Returns

  • Delivery is FREE on orders over £100.
  • Our standard UK delivery charge is £3.95
  • We aim to process orders as quickly as possible but please allow up to 3-5 working days for delivery. 
  • Please note, some items that are made to order may take a little longer - please check the product description for delivery times.
  • Ball Pits & Play Mats: Please note, delivery is currently 15-20 working days on ball pits and play mats until our new UK stock arrives.
  • If you can't wait and you need your item(s) in a hurry, you can select our 'Express Next Working Day' or '1-2 working days' service. Prices are calculated based on the weight and size of the item.
  • Please note, express delivery may not be available on all items.
  • Although every effort is made to ensure your orders are delivered to you in time, we cannot accept responsibility for late orders due to circumstances out of our control. Should any unforeseen delay occur, please be assured that you will be notified as soon as possible.

    Exchanges and Refunds

    We hope you love our products as much as we do but if you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer you an exchange or refund, providing you meet the following requirements.

    Exchanges

    • We will happily exchange items that have not been used, washed or damaged, and are still in their original packaging in salable condition.
    • Items must be returned to us within 28 days of receipt. We cannot exchange items purchased over 28 days.
    • Items can be exchanged for other items up to the equivalent value or more.
    • If you would like an exchange, please get in touch and we process your request as quickly as possible.
    • Please note: return postage charges will apply. We recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting form from the Post Office when returning goods to us, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in the post.
    • Please remember to include your customer name and order number with your return

    • If you would like a refund, please get in touch, stating your reason for the refund, and we process your request as quickly as possible.
    • Please note: return postage charges will apply. We recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting form from the Post Office when returning goods to us, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in the post.
    • This doesn't affect your statutory rights. If your item is faulty, we will refund any postage charges, providing you can provide a receipt as proof of postage.
    • Please allow up to 21 working days to process your refund
