If you would like to return or exchange your goods, you can send us your goods back with no quiblbes. If they're in salable condition, the full value of the goods will be refunded (please return goods within 28 days of receipt). Once the goods are checked back in at the warehouse, we'll issue a refund back to your original payment method as soon as practically posible.
On rare occasions goods can arrive damaged or with components missing. In the unlikely event of this happening please contact us and we'll arrange a replacement and/or collection as quickly as possible.

Banwood use only the highest quality materials, ensuring their bikes are strong, durable and most importantly safe for your children. The Bicycle features a lightweight frame, cream coloured 16” tires, a protective chain cover, elegant rose-wood pedals and a comfortable saddle and grips made of vegan leather. The saddle and handlebar are height adjustable which leaves room to grow with your child.
Banwood's classic children's 16 inch bike is designed with safety in mind and equipped with a kick stand, detachable training wheels, security wheel breaks, adjustable handlebar and saddle, bell, wheel reflectors, back reflectors, and single speed gears.
